Digital Marketing Manager

Remote — Global Full-time Senior Job ID: 14821

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our global Digital & Marketing team. In this fully remote role, you will lead digital marketing strategy across all markets, managing always-on campaigns across paid search, display, programmatic, and social channels for Coca-Cola HBC's iconic brand portfolio.

You'll partner with local market brand teams across 20+ countries to drive consumer awareness, engagement, and conversion — at scale. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role within a team that is accelerating CCH's digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Define and own the global digital marketing strategy, aligning with brand objectives and local market priorities
  • Develop integrated campaign plans across paid search (Google Ads), programmatic display (DV360), paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and YouTube
  • Set KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution models for all digital channels in the region
  • Lead annual digital planning cycles and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders

Campaign Execution & Optimisation

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of always-on and burst digital campaigns across all global markets
  • Manage and optimise multi-million-euro digital media budgets, driving continuous improvement in CPM, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Work with creative and content teams to brief, review, and approve digital assets across formats and placements
  • Implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve creative performance, audience targeting, and landing page effectiveness

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker / Google Data Studio, providing weekly and monthly reporting to senior leadership
  • Analyse campaign data to surface actionable insights and drive decisions on budget allocation, channel mix, and audience strategy
  • Champion first-party data and audience segmentation through partnership with the Marketing Technology team

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary digital marketing point of contact for market teams globally, aligning local execution with overall strategy
  • Manage relationships with external media agencies, platform partners (Google, Meta, TikTok), and technology vendors
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Team & Capability Building

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–4 digital marketing specialists across global markets
  • Drive upskilling across market teams through training programmes, playbooks, and best-practice sharing
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, platforms, and technologies, bringing new ideas to the team regularly

Are These Your Secret Ingredients?

(Required Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with exposure to multi-market or global campaigns
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager
  • Proven experience managing programmatic campaigns via DV360 or The Trade Desk
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with GA4, Looker, or Tableau to build reports and drive decisions
  • Experience managing agencies and external media partners across multiple markets
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across time zones
  • Fluent English required; proficiency in an additional language (German, French, Italian, Arabic) is a strong plus
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous
